Wow, you sure nailed Jay. I'm not sure which one I like better though. I think this one looks a bit more like him but your agenda one scores points for being sketched in your agenda :)
It would be smoother when you add some nice S curve from his neck, his back to the hip. Even the legs and arms could have some S curves followed by the albows and join. His left leg can just go with a big smooth S curve from his back. Play with it, and try not to take it too serious. :D
